We’ve visited this restaurant multiple times because there aren’t many Vietnamese options in the area. I usually get the Bun Bo Hue and my husband gets the Pho with short rib. The food has always been just 'okay'—nothing spectacular, but good enough for a local fix. However, our last visit was a dealbreaker. My husband ordered the short rib pho (which is an upcharge), and he was served a bone with almost no meat on it. It looked like the meat had been trimmed off before serving. This make me feel like being treated like a dog in Asian countries where dog are given bones. If you’re going to charge extra for a premium item, you need to provide the actual product. We aren't paying extra for a 'stick of bone.' We won't be coming back.
