Somehow, after living 48 of my 50 years in Texas, this storm a month ago finally did enough hail damage to total my roof. Since I hadn’t done this before, and because I’m a DumbZone listener, I reached out to Qualis to have them take a look. John Yoon showed up that day and helped put my mind at ease. He walked me through everything, yet didn’t make me feel like an idiot, which I most certainly was. John was out here to meet with my insurance adjuster, and kept me in the loop the whole way. Come the day of installation and they got started early. It was ridiculously windy that day and I have a very steep two-story roof. While the wind created an absolute mess during r&r, it was spotless when they left. Couldn’t be happier. The next time I need roof work, or really any construction work, I’m going to text John directly. I’d happily have him do more work on my house in the future.
