Carolina was fantastic to work with on my 2023 Coachmen Freelander 31MB. Her team was able to repair my auto-leveling system and fix the entry door latch with no issues. I initially had a longer list of improvements planned, but during that time I decided to trade in my 2023 Coachmen for a 2026 Entegra Esteem XL 33F. Carolina quickly adjusted, stopped the planned work on the Coachmen that Saturday, and had the unit ready for pickup by Monday so I could complete the trade-in without delays. After purchasing my new unit and taking it on its first road trip, I discovered several issues—shower leaks, toilet problems, lock issues, and a few smaller items. Although the unit is still under manufacturer warranty and I could have returned it to the dealership, my previous experiences with dealerships were poor. Instead, I chose to have Carolina and the Quality 1st RV team handle the repairs. I’m comfortable paying out of pocket and seeking reimbursement from the manufacturer because I trust Carolina and her team far more than the dealership service department. Carolina is outstanding to work with, and her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail make all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the Quality 1st RV team.

We were stranded in a parking lot in Pearland from out of town with a broken axle. Carolina and Quality1st RV were a Godsend.She gave us unbelievable care and support while helping us find a way to get our 38 ft camper towed. She treated us like family and was relentless in getting our camper taken care of. We left the camper with them and drove 5 hours home after what could have been a disaster for us. Carolina opened the shop for us after hours so we could take a break and get a snack before we left for home. The service was thorough and reasonable. They did a safety check on everything else for us. (They even had to go pick up a tire for us). She kept us informed during the whole process and came to the shop on a Saturday when they were closed for us to pick it up. I have never had customer service like this from any business! We are so thankful and blessed to have found them. Highly recommend!!!!!

Carolina was so nice and professional. She took my rv at the last minute when I couldn't find any other shop open or available. They were thorough with repairs and very communicative with prices and what needed to be done. I trust Carolina and her team 100%. I will definitely be returning when I need something. Blessed to have found an honest business.

I used Quality 1st RV for bodywork repair on my 5th wheel, after a tire blowout accident. I chose them due to online reviews, and I must say I am very satisfied with their work quality. It was a great experience with Carolina and team from day 1. With a trip coming up, they delivered on time, and our camper looks like new again.
