If there were 10+ stars I’d give em all to this place of business!! The customer service I received was phenomenal. We got there after 2pm on Christmas Eve and they still installed our system. Edwin is the man!! He knows how to put in the wiring, sub & amp with precision and accuracy. I will recommend House of Sound Car Audio to anyone in need.

I returned to have incomplete work finished after already being charged and paying the full amount 250.00 last week. I was told they could not serve me again, today after being asked to come back after a second attempt to complete the work i already paid. Because I explained my situation and inconvenience, the worker behind the desk verbally accosted and was treated extremely rude fashion. This is all AFTER I paid them the full 250 for installation the first visit. The customer service was TERRIBLE, my work is still not complete, and I definitely would not recommend this place as they were extremely rude and I fully intend on further reporting this matter to higher up supervisor.

Amazing is an understatement! Alex and his team truly surpassed my expectations and were so kind and explained so much along the way! The price for everything was very reasonable and for the quality of the service and products, I am perfectly fine with it! They made my plan work and did it within my time frame needed even on a holiday week. They helped work around my schedule and I truly value that. Thank you Alex and team, I'll definitely be a returning customer 🙏👏

I recently had an audio system installed in my slingshot by House of Sound, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the experience was kind of rocky. The staff was knowledgeable, explained my options clearly, and helped me choose the best setup for my needs and budget. The installation was done with great attention to detail, and the sound quality is exceptional—far exceeding my expectations. They made sure everything was neat, secure, and fully tested before handing the vehicle back to me. I also appreciated their timely service and willingness to answer all my questions. I read a lot of reviews before I make my decision on places. Considering they had a 4.4. I brought my 2024 Silverado here to get my factory speakers replaced. I walked in about 920am. No one was here. Talked to a guy said I’ll take a hr. Cool so I decided to wait. It’s 12:30pm. No mods were being made. Just replaced the speakers. Won’t be coming back here. I would rather just be told I’ll be a few hours so my time wouldn’t be wasted. But yet you have installers playing on motorcycles and revving them to the moon for zero reason. They are higher than Best Buy. 🙄🙄🙄
