Hands down the best RV technician that went above and beyond to help us. We had a really bad experience with the 1st tech. Was not helpful at all and never returned our call to complete the work. I reached out to Nicholas at Space City RV explained the situation we encountered and the issues we had with our brand new RV. Was very friendly, honest and helpful from the start. Shared photos with him and he quickly was able to tell us the issue. I highly recommend him. He will definitely be our good to for any future repairs. We really appreciate your willingness to help us.
I have had a lot of work done on my RV and Space City RV Repair has been the best technician I've ever dealt with. He was very detail oriented, efficient, knowledgeable, experienced, and clean/respectful of my space which is my home as we are full time. He was also willing to help me fix problems over the phone which I've never experienced a technician willing to do that for a customer. His prices were very fair and reasonable. I will only be using him in the Greater Houston area.
Called and texted my issues. Received a call back saying they were well over a week out before he could get to me, but would be happy to help me troubleshoot the issue over phone and text. And he did! Nicholas was super patient and helpful. Will definitely be my first call in the future.
