Rocky the owner came promptly in the time frame that was given and got straight to work. I had concerns with small children in the house and using poison bait, but he assured me of where he was putting each pellet and kept me informed every step of the way. He is efficient and thorough when baiting the residence, and offers tips for next steps to ensure we aren’t doing anything to attract the problem again. He was friendly and professional and I would recommend.
