I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a bedroom set over 2 months ago, and my order is still incomplete. I have yet to receive key pieces, including the mirror that was supposed to come with it. Communication has been frustrating, with little to no updates unless I reach out myself. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better service and reliability. Waiting this long for furniture with no clear resolution is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you’re prepared to deal with long delays and incomplete orders.

I want to share this about my experience. They are try to charge more then anyone (Costco, best , Walmart) for the items which is they were put out side for clearance, when we were talk about this one to one of their salesman he was rude and told us to that he doesn’t wanna sale to us

⚠️ Buyer Beware ⚠️ I came into this store back in December and purchased a bedroom set. I signed the paperwork and was told everything was good to go. About three weeks later, they contacted me and said the company no longer had the bedroom set available. They asked me to come back into the store to see if there was something else I would like instead. I went in and looked around, but I didn’t see anything else I wanted, so I told them to go ahead and cancel the contract since they could no longer provide the item I originally purchased. Now they are trying to charge me for the bedroom set, even though they admitted the item is no longer available and claim there are no cancellations allowed. This situation makes absolutely no sense because they couldn’t provide the product I agreed to purchase in the first place. Now I’m being forced to take them to court to resolve the issue. Please be careful when doing business with this company.
