I have a solid maple dresser that was badly damaged. It's a family heirloom, about 70 years old, and it was really important to me that it was restored. Called and spoke with a gentleman there to get more information. I had a special project and he suggested i send him pictures for a free quote with as much detail as possible. When I sent in the email, they were quick to respond and honest. Rather than just getting the sale and taking my money, they suggested something entirely different that wouldn't even get them any sale. I could tell then that they really do care about this industry and their customers. Will absolutely be coming back to them for our next furniture repair needs!

This man quoted me ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY dollars to fix a zipper on a couch cushion and hand sew a 6" busted seam on a pillow..... Literally called an alteration shop and she quoted me $10....she ended up fixing the zipper in her lobby and charged me nothing for it.

I have over 125 pieces of Brandt Ranch Oak furniture that I have collected over the years, most of it from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. It is super sturdy furniture but the uphostery on some pieces needed repaired or replaced. Chris and his team provided reasonable estimates and a good timeline for the various pieces. All the work is great and exceeded my expectations. It's been a few months and I admire the workmanship more with the passing time. They have an extensive selection of fabric and readily explain the fabric types and options and guide you through selecting the right fabric for the furniture. The team replaced inserts on existing cushions, made new sofa pillows with both fabric I had on hand and new fabric, made a new ottoman cushion, reupholstered a rocking chair and desk chair, and completely reworked and upholstered a large sofa. Every thing looks amazing and is super comfortable. The patterns and seam matching is perfect. I highly recommend Quality Furniture Repair & Restoration and intend to use them for additional furniture repairs.
