Good price, friendly staff but waited 3 hours in total was kept being told won’t be long now won’t be long now

The 2nd time of visiting. The garage is reassuringly busy but the wait wasn't too long. Tyre changed, tracking checked. Reasonable prices, polite and helpful staff. Do you need much more than that from a tyre fitter?

Absolutely shocking service & would not trust again! Visit with a simple repairable Nail in Tyre problem (or so I thought). Was told "not long" to wait, 40 minutes later car went on the ramp. Was told "New Trye needed" (Ok not what I thought but was in a rush to take elsewhere, said go ahead. Was told at till point (now 70 minutes on) new tyre which had been fitted was the WRONG one & NO correct Tyre in stock so would have to order. Long story short Tyre came off, damaged original put back on. A complete and utter shocking service and waste of time. Went straight to Able Fit. NO NEW TYRE needed (as I originally thought) COMPLETELY REPAIRABLE & may I add all done in less than 30 minutes. £75.00 down to £25.00 in 30 minutes. Wow makes you think doesn't it. BE VERY WARY & ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION FOLKS !!
