I did the Sherlocked room with work colleagues as part of a team building exercise. It was my first escape room experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Quest staff were excellent and happy to provide hints along the way. The experience was fully immersive and had really very interesting puzzles. Highly recommend it!

Did the “Sherlocked” room at Quest Room with my partner and a friend and had an amazing time. We’re fairly new to escape rooms and I accidentally booked one of the difficult ones… lol 😅 but it was still incredibly fun and immersive! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really elevated the whole experience. Even though it pushed us, we loved it and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend! 🔐🧩

Hands down the best escape room I've done in Brisbane.. and I've done quite a few. The room was great, loved the look of the room and the way the puzzles worked. We had a great time. Can't speak highly enough of the customer service and the manager! Thanks so much guys! We'll be back to do the rest of the rooms.

The escape room was absolutely amazing from start to finish, but the highlight of the entire experience was Jayne! From the moment we arrived, his energy, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm set the perfect vibe. He explained everything clearly while keeping it exciting, made us feel comfortable straight away, and truly cared about us having the best possible time. Jayne went above and beyond to make the experience fun, immersive, and unforgettable — you can tell he’s passionate about what he does. The rooms were challenging and thrilling, but Jayne’s incredible service took it to another level. He’s honestly the best and the reason we’re already planning to come back!

We played every room in the span of about three days and thoroughly enjoyed every second of it! Having played maybe more than 50 individual escape rooms at this point I can definitely say that Quest Room’s rooms are among the best. Every room is immaculately decorated and on-theme (the exception being Darkness, which is played entirely without vision - but is nonetheless very well-designed and very enjoyable in its own way). The puzzles were unique and creative - none of the stock-standard combination lock puzzles you will find in most escape rooms. It’s difficult to pick a favourite but Orphanage, Steampunk and Sherlocked were highlights for their theming and ingenuity in their design. Staff were fantastic too - they were super welcoming and experts at giving hints that were just a prod in the right direction without giving away the answer. Highly recommend Quest Room whether you’re an escape room newbie or veteran!
