The actual car cleaning mechanisms are okay. I had ceramic duck (the highest tier offered) and there were some areas of my car that weren’t clean or fully wiped from dust and debris. However the vacuums were strong and I appreciated the clean vacuum station.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick Quack North Euclid—Top-Notch Experience! I usually go to the Quick Quack on Ball Road, but when their tunnel was temporarily down due to an air pressure issue, they referred me to the North Euclid location—and I’m really glad they did! The best feature at this location is the tunnel system. Unlike the traditional setup with a steep rail that pulls your driver-side tire (which always made me nervous with my aftermarket wheels), this one uses a smooth conveyor belt that pulls your car through gently and evenly. It’s super rim-friendly—no scraping or jumping around. Another big plus is that North Euclid has a faucet you can use for extra cleaning—something Ball Road doesn’t have. Plus, there’s plenty of shade, which gives you time to dry your car properly without the sun baking on water spots like it does at Ball Road. Just one heads-up: the road leading up to the tunnel has a couple of turns that look a bit steep, which made me cautious at first. But I saw several large pickups make it through without any issue, so it’s definitely manageable. Honestly, I wish the Ball Road branch had the same conveyor belt system—this setup is just better all around. Big thanks to the Ball Road crew for the referral and props to North Euclid for the great layout and extras. Highly recommended—especially if you care about your wheels and want a relaxed detailing space. Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸
I am very disappointed with my local car wash. They used to have excellent customer service — always greeting me and even offering their monthly subscription plan, which I eventually signed up for because of how nice they were. Unfortunately, things have changed. Lately, the customer service has been terrible. During my last visit, as I was pulling up, an employee saw me and then walked away, disappearing for about 10 minutes. I sat there waiting, and no one came to acknowledge me — not even a simple, “We’re working on something technical.” Nothing at all. This lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and they need to seriously improve their customer service.
This is a reliable branch for regulars like me. Ample bays majority of the time (am-noon, at least). Vacuums working well. Request for clean cloth to dry-wipe your cars if the station buckets dont have them. Particularly like one of their staff, Oscar — always with a pleasant, ready smile. The younglings can do better with a smile on their faces too.
Alert! I came back and they’ve fixed the vacuums and new cleaners through the wash 👏🏾👏🏾Thank you! Price went up tho. My vacuum didn’t work. They just told me only a few have new vacuums 😒 It’s full & I can’t vacuum. Update: this time there was a discount (yay) 🎉 caused a long wait, but no problem. However, again I had trouble with the vacuums. I tried several and couldn't get my carpet clean. I spilled old bay seasoning and sand that I couldn't vacuum out there. Jose was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. That's why I gave 3 stars. However, my vacuum on the driver side wasn’t working, my car came out and I still had to clean it. The stuff easily came off with wet wipes. Which I had to go and ask for because I wasn’t giving one when I paid for my wash. I’ve had a membership here since it opened, but I was unaware that they were charging my card every single month regardless if I came or not. The car wash that was previously there I had a membership with and they only charged my card when I used it. That allowed the entire month to be free. If I didn’t use it that month, I wasn’t charged when it was the other car wash. I love the staff. I just wish my car came out cleaner and the vacuums were working.
