Excellent service and effort from the team to get the drivers thru quickly. The free vacuum are very strong and helpful. They have multiple locations across Southern California I've been able use. I have the unlimited pass and it's worth the price. Jared was very kind to ask about my experience and what they can do better to keep my business.

I love Mister Car Wash and go them in any city I'm in. It's fast and the wash is just super, hardly any spots are missed. I love that I can do the interior myself after the wash. Their setup is perfect to blast through... the only thing I don't like is not being able to wash my floor mats because using the blower or vacuum won't get them sparkling clean. I do highly recommend this chain.

My dad visits this location twice a month and always enjoys coming here because everyone is so pleasant. However, during his most recent visit, he was disappointed with the quality of his wash. A young woman, I believe her name was Marissa, approached him to ask how everything went. He explained the issue, and she immediately noticed the problem as well, mentioning that the wash wasn’t up to her standards either. She kindly reassured him that he could come back for a second wash. Thanks to her help, the second wash turned out much better. My dad was very satisfied with how he was treated and will definitely continue coming back.

Any location always has the sweetest staff, but I’m only giving two stars because my car never comes out completely clean. There’s always areas of dirt and debris stuck to my vehicle. Even with the titanium wash. But moreover, I’m tired of being asked for a tip when I’m going through a drive-through car wash. Knock it off!

Great cast wash, it used to be family owned and cheaper. But now its part of a franchise. The staff is super friendly and their car wash does a great job. Still cheaper than other drive through car washes in the area. They have plenty of vacuums for patrons to use.
