I really liked this car wash because it would leave my SUV very clean after going thru the car wash. Unfortunately I noticed that it was bending my front license plate. I would bend it back in place but each time I went to wash it, my front plate would bend again. So I had to cancel my membership and stopped going there. But I will say it leaves your vehicle very nice and clean. Therefore I give it 3 stars. If it wasn’t for my license plate being bent each time I went, I would definitely have given it 5 stars!

09/21/25 3:30pm went To wash my vehicle at the McPherson location there were no towels in the stalls. The vacuum heads were on the floor. I went to ask for towels they said they would bring them out after waiting a few minutes Nobody brought them out so I just left. This is unacceptable especially if you’re paying a membership at these locations.

Good afternoon! I went and took my BMW to the car wash and I met this girl I believed name Kaitlyn ! And she was a helpful and nice. She offered Great Scent for my new Car and I will definitely be coming back to bring my Corvette bc of her good service!

This was my first time at Duck Car Wash and Pablo made it a great experience. He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to make sure my car came out looking spotless. Even though it was just my first visit, his service stood out and left a really good impression. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Awesome! Place is very clean and different than other places. Their car wash soaps, wax, and shine actually work and make the car shinier every time you go! The manager and Andrea are very kind and informative. Rogelio is very helpful with customer, very courteous and kind. He keeps towels stocked and offers to help with anything needed. 5 star team all around! Highly recommended!
