I had the opportunity to meet the owner, who is now opening another salon! Abby is professional, and sincere. It's one of the best salons in the East Village. I haven't heard anything but amazing feedback and reviews about how great this place is, and how they help people meet their hair goals! 💖✨ Get your appointment set, thheir schedule fills up fast!

I love going here to get my hair done. The place is always clean and plays fun music. Everyone is very nice and polite. I’m a regular with Caitlyn and she is so talented and skilled — I always leave loving my look and currently I have the best haircut I’ve ever had. I’m also kind of sensitive about the way hair products smell - and everything they use is great for my hair, smells good, and doesn’t bother me! I’ve even bought a few products to go home with me and they don’t disappoint! Thanks R. Mane 🧡

Creative and organic vibe at this salon! Lots of great high quality CBD products available to choose from. Salon owner Abby and the rest of the team here will make you feel welcome and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. If you are looking for a fresh updated style or a new expert hair coloring you will not leave disappointed- Abby is my hair goddess and she keeps me feeling really good about my hair!

R Mane is hands down the best salon in the Des Moines metro. Abby (the owner) is truly a gem and has impeccable talent with color matching, cutting and styling. She is 100% genuine when it comes to her recommendations- including products! A bonus-The atmosphere is chic, fun, flirty and relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone not 💯 satisfied with their current stylist

Abby at R. Mane Apothecary is hands down the BEST hair stylist EVER!!! I have always loved being a blonde but no hair stylist could ever get me to the blonde that I wanted… until I met Abby. I found Abby at the Lifetime Salon (back in 2015) and I will follow her wherever she goes! She is one of the most sweetest, down to earth person with such a good soul! Her salon is beautiful with an incredible great vibe! She has educated me so much on good hair care products and CBD products. Abby is amazing at what she does and so fun to talk with. 💗✌🏻
