For the first time in over eight years, I am experiencing true gut healing. Receiving this scholarship and the care I’ve received through RSN has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. After years of trying multiple protocols and searching for answers, this experience was different supportive, empowering, and truly healing. Recently, I had to eat something in a pinch while traveling. As someone with celiac disease, that usually means severe bloating and symptoms. I was blown away when my stomach stayed flat with no reaction at all. I don’t remember the last time I felt this hopeful about my health. After surviving a neurotoxic brain injury from an infected root canal and nearly losing my life three years ago along with my quality of life due to the damage it caused to my brain and body, this opportunity saved me in every way. I am incredibly grateful for my coach, Lara, and for Rachel and the entire RSN team for their compassion, knowledge, and care. Thank you, RSN from the bottom of my heart.

I worked with Becky R during my time with RSN, she was far and away the best coach I could have hoped for. During our time, she encouraged me, challenged me and guided me step by step through the process of how to obtain gut healing as well as overall healing in many other ways. We connected right away and found some very common grounds and like mindedness that allowed us to work together seamlessly. I can honestly say this practice is more than just surface level solutions. During my time working with RSN I had two coaches, most recently was Becky. She was fantastic! She took time to review what had been done before she became my coach, looked at my specific situation and listened. Too often as clients or patients we don’t feel heard, especially with traditional medicine. Am I right? Becky taking time to hear me out and understand what my situation is meant the world. This process has not been easy: I started this journey in the midst of huge personal life trials, professional responsibilities and for the last few months as a deployed service member in an austere environment. The whole RSN team is compassionate and understanding. My first coach, and now Becky, have worked with those situations and we have been able to develop a plan that worked! I felt better than I had in years! No brain fog, no feeling sluggish, no bloating after meals or at the end of the day. Don’t get me wrong, a huge part of this is self accountability. I didn’t do perfect but I kept trying, improving each day. I learned SIBO is very hard to kill off. As a results driven individual I wanted it to be fast. But the damage was done slowly and healing takes time. Learning to be patient with myself in my health journey has translated into other areas of my life. Having the tools RSN teaches makes that easier. Investment in your health, invest in yourself.

Working with Coach Becky has been nothing short of amazing. Her support, care, and genuine compassion have meant so much to me throughout my journey. She truly cares about your wellbeing, and I can honestly say I now consider her a friend. I worked with her for almost a year, and during that time my digestion normalized, I lost weight, my hormones balanced, and I healed from a very severe case of SIBO, along with leaky gut, a parasite infection, and heavy metals. This is the first time in my life that I have had normal digestion!! I've worked with other practitioners before but she has been hands-down the BEST. She doesn't just recommend supplements but also lifestyle changes like a sleep routine, eating hygiene, and stress management tools. She understands that every system is interrelated. Becky takes the time to educate you and make sure you feel supported and informed so you have to tools to succeed. She always wants the best for you, and it shows in everything she does and her level of care. I gained so much from her coaching that I even encouraged my mom to sign up—and she’s now working with Becky as well. She’s already seeing great improvements in her A1C and glucose levels, and I’m really excited for her to regain her quality of life and enjoy simple things like going out to eat again. I wouldn’t have recommended her if I didn’t fully trust her expertise and believe she could help my mom the way she helped me. I’m super grateful for the time I had working with her, and will update my review once my mom completes her program. For now, I can confidently say that Coach Becky is truly exceptional.
