I work with Radhika from Radian all the time in my work with wedding flowers. Radian has this ability to synthesize a memory and an experience in a photo. Their style to me emphasizes capturing the intangible and ephemeral. Radhika's dedication to film photography has made her an authority on the art form, and Radian's images always stand head and shoulders above others because of how she captures the unspoken words and inside jokes of her couples.
Radhika and Ian are a delight to work with. Truly a powerhouse creative team who work so well together! They did a fabulous job making this awkward gal feel comfortable in front of the camera and I loved the images they produced for my branding session. They also are fantastic family photographers who can capture magic quickly (which is key with little ones)! Hire them right now - you won't regret it!
I can't recommend choosing Radian for your lifestyle session highly enough! My husband and I wanted to book a session to commemorate our fifth anniversary and were looking for some really beautiful, more formal photographs of our little family (us plus our two fur babies). If I'm being honest, I was a little self conscious about doing a more formal session that wasn't for an engagement/wedding but really wanted something romantic and special. I found Radian's online presence and was immediately impressed by how lovely, romantic, and unique their portfolio was - and not just for weddings, but for lifestyle family and couple sessions as well. Getting connected with Radhika and Ian was so fast and easy using their online portal and Radhika quickly got us set up with a Zoom session to discuss what we were looking for and what they had to offer. Even with COVID, which delayed our session by a few months due to our first choice venue being closed, they were so patient, willing to scope out and recommend new locations, and flexible with all the weather drama of this summer. On the day of, I felt at ease knowing they were in control of our shoot, which took place at the Raleigh Rose Gardens - even though neither of us are naturals at having our photos taken and typically feel quite anxious about it. We honestly had FUN at our session and loved spending the hour with Radhika and Ian, even in 100% humidity! They were so patient with our pups and the photos featuring them turned out stunning (even though the pups were nervous and not the most cooperative). We got sneak peaks of our photos that very evening and got the gallery just a few weeks later. I love our photos because they are genuine, organic, and showcase our family in a really sweet way - not at all stiff, unoriginal, cheesy, or overdone. But they are also romantic, professional quality photos that I'm excited to hang on our walls for years and years. If you want to work with photographers who are clearly very experienced in the product they deliver and wonderful people to work closely with, definitely. hire. Radian!

They are constantly pushing themselves as photographers (did we mention they shoot stunning film?) and it shows in the caliber of their content! We love how effortlessly they record everything from tiny details to expansive spaces (like our 115 acre nature preserve). We always welcome them at TM!
