David Farmer did a thorough job on a reoccurring plumbing issue. I appreciate that he prioritized delivering a complete job instead of just doing the minimum and moving on. Extra impressive is that he got on the phone with the inventor of the water filtration device he was working on to make sure everything was done correctly. That’s above and beyond service.
