Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful. I came in feeling very nervous, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was kind, professional, and took the time to walk me through each step so I always knew what to expect. She also did an excellent job explaining how to care for everything at home afterward, which I really appreciated. It was clear she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel confident and informed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone — especially if you’re feeling anxious going in.

Harley is why I gave that 10. She is the sweetest person. She talked me through the whole time. I was shocked when we were done it felt so quick. It also was painless compared to other waxes I have had. She will be why I come back. Thanks Harley.

While traveling to Idaho I was in need of a wax, I walked in to radiant wax and Natalya was available and brought me back right away! I have been getting waxed for 11 years and this was the best wax I have ever had hands down, She was so quick and efficient I'm bummed that I am traveling and can't return as a regular guest because I would have absolutely been a regular client of hers! I will definitely return next time in Boise!

My wax girl is Ashlie. I had previously bounced around with different wax girls here, and no one ever took the time to TEACH me about exfoliation, and how to have better waxing experiences - until Ashlie. She has always taken her time to recommend products, and good practices between waxes. So grateful for Ashlie. She’s the reason I keep coming back to this location.

I will never go anywhere else. Martina is simply the best. Very professional, fun to talk with and I always enjoy her energy. This particular business model exceeds expectations. They have very high standards and expectations when training their employees, and they are always efficient. I would highly recommend!
