Amazing experience! I ordered a gown online for my sister’s wedding, and unfortunately it didn’t fit. With only one week to fix it, I was so nervous I wouldn’t find anyone to fix it by the wedding day. Raghida came to the rescue—she made the dress two sizes bigger by adding a corset and adjusted the sleeves so it fit comfortably and beautifully. The results were stunning, and everything came together perfectly. Thank you, Raghida, for truly saving the day!
To the man child who stated that my review was disrespectful, the work you presented to me was disrespectful. If you can't take an honest review, get out of the business. I was actually considering you to do embroidery work for my business with over a hundred employees, Jacket, tees, hats, bags. And other things. Guess what, NOT. Sewing and tailoring is an art and skill which I highly respect. Clothes are in museums for the fine craftsmanship. It is on display for millions to see. What your store provide was garbage. My review will live forever, your shop may not be around next year. Not impressed, terrible work, they call themselves tailors and can't follow a straight seam, they were supposed to create some invisible seams, guess what, not invisible perfectly visible. I gave them a week to complete my work, I came to pick up, it was incomplete, seams were sloppy, rough cuts edges on fabric that were still visible, picked up garment and there was lint and thread all over the garment. Brand new garmet, and they treated it like some common fabric to toss on the floor. Snaps were supposed to be put on cuffs, no snaps provided. Two pockets were supposed to be created, only one was done. Sloppy work all around. I would not recommend and if you get work done, go over your details with a fine tooth comb, threads used, fabric used, stitching, seams, lines and spacing to follow, you would assume a tailor would know how to sew things together properly with proper technics, and decent seams, but this is not the case, this is more of a housewife quality, doing the work on the side for her own kids. I could have done better work on my own with own sewing machine, and I have, but I thought I would treat myself and get my garment professional tailored, wrong, not here. Seek out a real Professional tailor who actually knows what they are doing and not winging it. Some areas were hand sewn, but the seam was inconsistent and sloppy and could be seen from the front of the garment, which was supposed to be invisible. Would not recommend unless you really don't care how your clothes are tailored. I give every business a fair chance the first time, but I never return if they don't provide what they claim to do professionally, please take your money elsewhere, for people who care about the quality of their work. Some talk a good game, others actually provide it, seek out those that honor their work and stand behind it. Perhaps there was a communication gap, but even so, sewing is an international art, it should be understood what needs to be done from a tailors' standpoint. I am a lay person, but I know what is straight and what is not. It looks like a blind person was trying to follow the lines. To store owner, go to school, fashion school, learn the art or watch some YouTube video's, You did get your sign right though Raghida's "SEWING" For a professional business you clearly don't understand the true meaning. How's that for an update, Junior? Again, tell me anything about my review that wasn't true. In the pic Review, the factory seam compared to the work that was done. And yes, I do expect a factory seam on any work done. Including edges, seams, minimally fabric edge. A factory Seam is a tailored look that is paid for. Please tell me what your seam looks like? Hard to see on pics but the invisible seam on the front of the jacket shows the stitching, it's great that it's invisible on the backside of the garment, but it was supposed to be invisible on the visible part of the jacket. The logic and excuse is just silly. Your business does poor work, and you are unwilling to admit poor quality service. A good business will admit their fault and take steps to correct the service.
Amazing experience! I had two saris that needed to be tailored. One where the blouse was too large and the pleats were too long and another where she took in the blouse and made the saree into a ready made saree. Absolutely stunning work! Definitely recommend her for desi outfits
So thankful for Raghida! She made my wedding dress from scratch and I couldn’t be more happy till this day. Not only did she make my dress but my veil alone was Gorgeous with the way she styled the trimming to match the dress and all the details put together it was just perfect. I couldn’t be more happier. Her patience and understanding of what I wanted and expected were as clear as day. Clean work and professionalism were above standards and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to get any work done to their fittings whether it’s from add ons or shortening or even just about anything Raghida is your person to go! Thank you so much ♥️
Absolutely LOVED working with Raghida, who made my custom wedding gown. She was always open to my ideas, and helpful with suggestions. Cannot recommend her services enough, I got a fully custom gown in full silk at a fraction of what it would have cost in a bridal store. I will definitely be returning for more custom projects.
