As an alumni I’m embarrassed that this store is associated with the University. I placed an order on August 21st. On August 22nd I received an email saying my order shipped. On September 3rd, having not received my order, I called to check on the delay. The customer service agent said “we’ll ship it now and send you tracking information.” Why did you send me an email saying my order shipped 10 days ago if you never shipped my order? Now it is too close to my event to get an item in time. Absolutely abhorrent customer service.

If you do not need something that this store has a monopoly on do not buy from here. You can find text books elsewhere, you can find close that are TTU branded, calculators, iPad, and school supplies and whatever else they have bar scantrons. Everything is Mega-expensive and their electronics sometimes don't work. That's okay though, because you can't return them and get another even if it is the same day. Try elsewhere and save yourself the money. Staff are great, but hands are tied.

Almost everything with high quality can be found here, but the price is little bit higher than any store. And, truth is, you cannot find all the products outside. They are pretty good to maintain huge and diversify collection. So, if you want to save time, then you can buy from here. And the people here are really cool and good attitude towards the people who comes and visit here.
