Great place and great business model, but WAY too expensive for this area. You can't charge New York, CA, Vegas rates in a poor lower class neighborhood in Colorado Springs... The food and liquor are way too expensive. The theater was too hot last time too especially with the pleather/vinyl seats. Otherwise, love it!bI would lower prices, which will entice more patrons, or face likely failure. This isn't a part of town that people like to travel to and spend a lot.

I'm in there all the time at the arcade & this last visit, the bartender was incredibly rude. I believe her name was Sav. I went up to pay my tab & upon walking up to the counter, she looks at me & goes, "What?". I was taken aback. As a bartender myself, I couldn't imagine talking to a guest like that.

The bartender “Sav” savanna, was so unbelievably rude to myself and my friends. She had an attitude, and ignored us to talk to her co worker who was having a drink after shift. I never leave reviews but I was so shocked by how rude she was, I had to.

First time here. Fun place but they are going cashless so we will not return. Their competitors accept cash though.
