I cannot recommend Rainier Roofing highly enough. This was easily the clearest communication I’ve ever experienced with a contracting job. Every day, Jared, the owner, sent videos and photos showing the progress from start to finish, so I never had to guess what was happening on my roof. I was also impressed by Jared's honesty. He actually talked me out of work I thought I needed, which saved me money. He only suggested what was truly necessary and even identified ways to improve our roof's water flow. Finding mold on the roof boards could have been a major stressor, but Jared handled it with total transparency, walking me through the updated bid and the solution. The detail work on our flat top roof is meticulous and perfectly sealed. I also appreciated that Jared is a great resource for broader projects. He coordinated work for our deck replacement and gutter installation, which saved us the hassle of finding separate contractors. To top it off, the crew cleaned the site entirely at the end of every single day. I would highly recommend Rainier Roofing to anyone who values transparent communication and attention to detail.

Rainier Roofing is hands-down the best!! I got several quotes, but as soon as I received Rainier’s, I immediately called Caleb to move forward. He was upfront, honest, and never pushed the most expensive option, just gave us clear, thoughtful choices. Our roof was long overdue, and they gave us a realistic worst-case scenario, which we appreciated. Landon kept us in the loop every step of the way, and the crew, was respectful, efficient, and left the site spotless. The finished roof looks incredible, it honestly feels like Christmas! I only wish I had started with them and saved myself time getting other bids. Shout out to Caleb, Landon, and Junior for a job extremely well done! I will rave about them any chance I get!!

My neighbor and I were both looking to get new roofs. We got multiple quotes and went with Rainier Roofing based off the low pressure sales meeting and explication of our options by Logan. Logan visited my neighbors first then came over to sit down and go over all the options for roofing products. He didn’t try to sell us on the most expensive or upsell, just gave us the information and let us pick. We both signed the contract to move forward with our projects. My house needed more work so the crews started on mine first. Our project manager Landon sent me photos the entire way of our project and informed me when they found additional issues in the roof and vents. I can’t say enough about the crew and the work they did. Most of all the clean up was next level. You hear a lot of people share that they find a bunch of nails and debris in their yard after, that wasn’t the case.
