They got my dog in pretty quickly when I needed a more urgent appointment and everyone was so nice and welcoming from the front desk to the doctor. My dog has very high energy and everyone was good with him especially the doctor. The doctors presence almost seemed to calm my dog down and gave us a great experience and calmed our worries. I will definitely be bringing my animals here now.

Ive been bringing my cats here for years, and have been constantly satisfied with the care and service compared to my previous provider (a chain with e letter name, no disrespect). I recommend care here for every step of your pets life.

Olivia at the front desk was so helpful with check in and check out. Everything was simple, clear, and quick. In our exam room, Tiny took amazing care of my pup and was so good with my dogs rambunctious antics. Tiny went above and beyond for us by even making sure to get ahold of my dogs previous records when I didn’t have them which saved me time and money. Dr. B was really thorough in explaining treatment for my dogs chronic itching and all pricing was upfront, comprehensive, and clear. I just moved to the neighborhood and am so happy to have my dog in Rainier’s and Dr. B’s care.

When our cat had a sudden dental emergency, we called everywhere in town trying to find help. The Rainier team was the only one able to fit us in the same morning—and they truly went above and beyond to care for our kitty! Everyone was kind, responsive, and professional, and they made sure she had the best pain management plan possible. We’re so grateful for their exceptional service and genuine compassion!

Rainier Vet Hospital sits on Rainier Avenue just off the I90 exit. They have, In different forms served pet owners since 1933. Their remodeled and greatly expanded facility allows the staff provide many primary care and surgical services for dogs and cats. They have a visit up charge on weekends which creates a lighter weekend schedule. This allows owners to have their pets seen easily for time sensitive issues that do not not necessarily rise to the level to need urgent or emergency care. It’s real peace of mind to be able to handle time sensitive issues same day or next day. We’ve seen different vets each time as they have a large talent pool. But each time they’ve been thorough, relaxed and friendly, leaving time for all of our questions. They use digital transcription which avoids misinformation and enables a complete medical record on each visit. Large lobby, multiple exam rooms to help keep pets calm. Highly recommend.
