My brand new (less than 5,000 miles) Lincoln Aviator got caught in a hail storm and then before we could get that repaired we were rear ended! Raintree has been our go to shop for many years, so that was our first call. Bob always takes great care of us. He got the vehicle in the same day we called, he handled all the payments and connected with our insurance, he even contacted Enterprise on our car rental! Bob knows my husband is very particular and he made certain the car looked exactly like it did coming from the dealership. Thank you Bob and Raintree Auto Body! Everyone was very kind, professional, and easy to work with. Trevor Wrigley, the GM, was especially great. He did an awesome job relaying information, keeping me updated, and making sure everything got done smoothly and on time. The team truly went above and beyond, and it shows in the final result. I can't say enough great things about this place. I was looking to buy a used car from a dealership for a teenage driver and was a bit worried that the hood was out of alignment. The dealership kept insisting it had a clean Carfax and their mechanics found nothing wrong. I called to various body shops in the Airpark looking for a body shop that would perform a pre-purchase inspection but I kept being told they don't do that type of thing. Luckily, I kept trying and called Raintree Auto Body. I spoke with the manager, Tim, who explained they don't normally do that, but if I bring it by he will come out and take a look. I brought thr car over and not only did Tim come right out, he brought one of his mechanics with him. It took them 10 seconds to identify mismatched pain showing the car had been in an undeclared accident. We popped the hood and they were able to spot damage in the engine compartment. They recommended not buying the car because the previous owners obviously tried to cover it up and it wasn't fixed properly. They also explained that many accidents are not reported to Carfax and it depends on the mechanic and insurance company. I believe they saved me from buying a car that would have turned into a headache. Honesty, integrity, and all-around a class act.

I can’t recommend Raintree Auto Body enough. Yes it could take a little longer (mine did but not because of them, it was all because of parts taking forever to ship.) But the quality of the work, customer service, and ease of mind was top notch the whole time. Even ended up finding out my twilight was cracked from the accident and now they’re working with insurance to go back and get that replaced almost 2 weeks post receiving the car. Also, Kara is awesome.
