Absolutely avoid this place!!! I went there for a keratin straightening treatment that I have done many times before in other hair salon. And this was the worst experience I have ever had. The man told me that he will left the product for 40minutes. An hour later it was me who had to told him the time was over 20 minutes ago. When he finished, my hair didn’t look bright, straight and shiny as previous times. When I washed at home four days later, my hair had more curls than ever before. Not even the frizz was gone. The product damaged my hair badly. Please don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your money and time. I am asking the owner for a refund a she refuses to give me my money back. Going to Raizez Salon , is like going home. The staff treat you like family . They truly care about their customers and go out their way to make each person their most beautiful/ handsome. I love the welcoming, warm atmosphere. On another note, I will always have a special place in my heart for Marcela because she helped me with a personal matter many years ago. She did not know me when I dropped by the salon looking for help many years ago and I am forever grateful for her kindness.
