First time going to Rakis on Collins and what an absolutely wonderful experience it was. Not only are you greeted warmly by staff but the level of attention to detail, attentiveness and professionalism is exemplary. Thank you Susie for the beautiful service I received today. She is delightful to deal with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to colour and cut. A very happy client! Further adding to this post, I Recently saw Tonia ( who is also lovely to deal with ) for foils, gloss and a haircut, she is incredible with blonde colour and hair cuts. She listened to what I asked and was spot on with the service rendered. Thank you!

I had one if the best experiences ever with Tonia . She was amazing, friendly and I trusted her completely with the color, cut and even the syle. Everything turned out to be the best.The gentleman with the little hat and glasses was so friendly. All the staffs are so friendly and not to forget the lovely gentleman who washed my hair . Love this place - it just feels so warm.

I had Terri-Louise do my hair today and I am blown away! She is so talented and has such care for her clients. Absolutely nailed my design brief and I cannot stop looking at my hair (it’s never looked this good)! Not to mention the entire team are so lovely, chatty, comfortable and efficient. I would recommend anyone to come book here - they are totally worth the extra trip if you live far! 💗💗💗💗 - Jas
