We're 1st time pet owners. We want whats best for our dog. After extensive research we found that Ralston Vet was on the top of everyone's list. After going there I can say they were all right. This place is incredible. Great staff, clean environment, very spacious. The doctor answered all our questions. They even gave us a form that went over everything that happened on the visit. It was very detail-oriented. We will definitely be going here from now on. I will tell all my friends and family that have pets to go there.

We have trusted Ralston Vet with our cats for 19 years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. We originally saw Dr. Erickson, and after his retirement we now see Dr. Burbach. The care has always been exceptional. Both veterinarians and the entire team are compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and take the time to explain all options so you can make informed decisions without ever feeling rushed or pressured. The technicians are just as wonderful as the vets — patient, gentle, and clearly invested in the comfort and well-being of our pets. You can tell they truly love what they do. The receptionists are kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they make every visit feel a little less stressful from the moment you walk in. Unfortunately, over the years we’ve had to say goodbye to 3 of our cats here. Each time, the staff made what felt like the worst day of our lives more bearable. From the doctors to the techs to the front desk, everyone treated us and our pets with so much kindness, dignity, and respect during those moments — something I will never forget. Thank you to the entire staff for the care, compassion, and consistency you’ve shown our family for nearly two decades. This office has been with us through so many seasons, both happy and heartbreaking, and we are incredibly grateful. We wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else.

We love Ralston Vet and would recommend them to anyone! My two dogs have been going here since they were puppies and Dr. Meyer and Dr. Anderson have taken great care of them. Recently our dog Ditka has been quite ill and Dr. Meyer and the staff at Ralston Vet have gone above and beyond to help us get to the bottom of this. Dr. Meyer knew exactly which diagnostic measures to take and came up with a treatment plan quickly. He was able to sneak us in on busy days instead of us paying for the emergency vet, moved our dog’s ultrasound up a few days even when they were full and spoke to me extensively during his lunch hour and after work hours to walk me through everything. You can tell how passionate and caring he and the rest of the team are there. Words cannot express how grateful we are! Thank you Ralston Vet for taking such great care of my babies! You are all truly a blessing to our family ❤️
