Mike was so great! Very happy this time with the delivery staff. We’ve had bad experiences with deliveries in the past. They texted me every strip of the way. Thanks for a pleasant experience

From talking to the lady at the front door. Walking from the front to Clarence room in the back of the store everybody was very nice smiling. I felt welcome. The cashiers were Really friendly. And did their job very efficient. All the way to the loading dock. The people We’re very nice. My Sales person, Jennifer. Was very knowledgeable. Help me like I was VIP. Overall experience was perfect thank you RC Willie Reno.

We had never shopped at your store. We're refurbishing our house after 40 yrs. David was are sales man and he was great. Spent alot of time with us. We felt no pressure from him. He knew so much about lazy boy furniture, which helped us deside. We love the color the size and fabric . They arrived today! We just finished our new floors which looks good withbthe furniture. We still need to decorate with pictures, pillows a rug and accessories to make it homey. We are very happy.

David Marks helped us navigate our living room furniture set purchase in Reno. We are long time RC Willey Customers. Our prrchase Started with a pleasant phone call. David was no pressure very helpful and truly understood our wants and needs. He sent us several photos before we drove to Reno to look in the showroom. I Highly recommend him. For the furniture I recommend Michael Nicholas designs. Not only a great manufacturer but it's made to order in AMERICA In California. Last set we purchased gad lots of life life we just wanted another style and color.

Absolutely beautiful they gave us a window between 8:00 and 10:00 and they were here just before 8:00 a.m. the only negative thing I have to say is they just put things in your living room they don't ask you where you want them we also as you can see in the picture but a huge area rug and all they do is take the plastic off it and leave it rolled up that's the only problem I have other than that I love my furniture There was a broken coffee table they're replacing that it'll be here on Wednesday I have the coffee table that they're replacing they'll take this one when they deliver the new one the exact same one this is our first experience with RC Willey and I do not think it will be our last customer service there is excellent the sales floor people and especially Earl is amazing we are extremely happy I recommended them highly
