AJ was amazing as a realtor. She helped blue taped the house during the walkthrough and didn’t leave until every little detail was noted and planned to be fixed. She also talked to the lender and helped me take $800 off my closing costs the day of closing. She was professional and knowledgeable, would highly recommend!
RD Realty Group is amazing. From start to finish, Rommy was there to help us. I feel like it’s rare to find someone who actually cares, and is solely looking to help you in anyway they can. From the first sit down in his office, Rommy made us feel comfortable and welcome. He asked us what we are looking for and what price range and what areas etc., and made us feel like family. At no point in time did he pressure us into looking at homes outside of our budget, and actually told us not to rush on the house. He said he would show us houses for a year every weekend if that’s what it took to make us happy. (Thankfully we found one the first day.) It was a new build, and our first time buying a home. He educated us on the process, and was there for every meeting, and always very responsive, and had our backs. At one point, the builder tried to push some unforeseen cost on us, (home appraised for less) and Rommy advised us to do what’s best for us. If we didn’t feel comfortable and wanted to walk away, that we could start over and keep looking. That meant the most to me. Most realtors, (I work with a lot in my field) would have done anything they could to keep the sale and save their commission. Rommy and RD Realty didn’t care about the commission. They cared about us, and if we were happy. That’s it. Rommy went to bat for us, and convinced the builder to drop the price to the appraised value, and won. In the end, I can’t thank him and RD Realty enough for making this a pleasant and smooth process for us. 5 stars isn’t enough. They have a customer for life. I highly highly recommend them, and Especially Rommy!
We can not recommend Destiny ENOUGH. She went above and beyond in helping us find something we love and keeping us updated through out everything. We had previously worked with another agent from a different company and so glad we gave Destiny a chance. We definitely will work with her next year when we are ready to look for a house. We had such a great time viewing apartments and she was open to all questions and made us feel prioritized. We love her!! 20/10 experience!
I was highly impressed with the work that Taylor Ladika perform with finding the perfect place for me. I Honestly am very excited for my new place. She was able to find a new apartment complex that I couldn’t even find for myself online. Once she did it was perfect. Now I am able to live comfortable, with a beautiful view and amazing amenities.
This is review is long overdue but I worked with Dezmon back in July 2021. I’m new to San Antonio and he helped me find the perfect apartment and made the process as simple as possible. He has an amazing personality and is super professional and friendly! My roommate reached out to RD Realty on instagram and Dezmon took care of us immediately updating us with lists of options and information for us to choose from. He stayed within our budget and area and always notified us of special promotions that some communities were having to make sure we got the most for our buck. Not only did he call and narrowed down our lists but he met up with me to see these locations to make sure I was satisfied and not only meet my expectations but surpass them. I moved in to my 2bed/2bath apartment July 30 and I will always recommend his services and will be looking forward to work with him in the future if need be.
