My new favorite place! I have worked with both Nate and Sarah a few times now and they have always been very kind, willing to answer questions, educate me on what I don't know, and work with me on finding what I'm looking for. Re-Circuit has a wide selection of computers, computer peripherals, monitors, speakers, and more in location. What's even better is they can order just about any electronic you might need if they don't have it. Any electronic you would get at a big box store like Best Buy, they can obtain! I have been very pleased with communication and pricing, and it's great to know the products I would have bought anyway are going to support a great local business with great people. Edit to add: Your response to my review is extremely unprofessional for a business owner and completely inappropriate for a public review platform. Threatening a customer, making personal attacks, and referencing my family has nothing to do with the service provided, and only reinforces my original concerns with you as a business. My review reflected my experience as a customer. If they were inaccuracies, a professional response would’ve addressed them without hostility or intimidation. Businesses are expected to handle criticism with transparency and respect, not retaliation. I will not engage further in personal attacks. This exchange speaks for itself and potential customers can easily draw their own conclusions. Original review: I took my infinity game table in and Nate said that “him and Micheal vowed to never touch these things because he already knows the problem and they don’t make replacements.” I insisted on them just taking a look at it and Micheal agreed. They charge $85 bench fee which is higher than most but I thought it was in good hands so I didn’t mind paying the price. The next day I called in to see if they had it opened yet and to send me pictures they said no but they will soon. (Which I did tell them it’s not priority which is my fault) The next day after that (2nd day) I called and asked if they had it opened or not and Micheal lied to me and said that Nate had it in the back and was opening it right then. I showed up maybe 30-45min after and my table was in the same place it was the day I dropped it off. So clearly he’s a liar as well. So my conclusion is that as a customer and supposedly a “friend” I don’t trust reshitcut at all. I have the board taken apart here at home and figured out the problem within 10minutes. Hope this helps them focus on customer service and taking care of the people that TRUST them to take care of them. This is constructive criticism

Sent them my LLY glo plug controller module, (im from massachusetts) Within a few days after sending it out i had pictures sent to me of the diagnosis and repair being made. Got my GPCM back within a week after that. Very good customer service, will Def be using them again in the near future.
