Potential owner clients of RPM Heritage, please feel free to reach out. -- We are currently using Ben's services to manage our property while being overseas. There were a couple of things that contributed towards the need of this review. 1. Once my rental property was transitioned to Ben's office, we noted to him that we believe that someone else other than the tenant+dependents are occupying the property. He said that since it is occupied and rent is being paid, it should be none of our concern. 2. There was an incident at the rental property where the tenant's story did not match up with the photos that other neighbors have provided plus the evidence captured in the photos during this incident and also during the initial walk through photos. The owners were the ones who did the initial investigation while Ben just wanted the owners to pay for the damages and call it done for the day. The owners ended up having to pay a fee for Ben to come to the rental property and evaluate it himself because Ben was unaware of the property and community layout and the fact that the tenant's story was fabricated. 3. There is no way to contact Ben+office in the owner's portal. Ben is also not responsive via email. I have had to follow up numerous times before copying someone in the email to get any response. The owners should NOT be managing the property manager.
