Realty properties is the worst management company that I ever been renting from they are so greedy they want you to pay for water ,garbage, parking and there's your rent and now you broke this is why you have a house full of people living with you so that you can make the bill's on time you might have gone to rent a house for that kind of $ money

Called Real Property Management recently to shop around after some issues with a property I own and it's current management. Talked to Matt for over 20 minutes and he was very knowledgeable and practical in his thinking. Also, his rates seem fair. Ultimately decided to keep with my current manager as, after the conversation, I realized he is doing a good job in a tough market in Oakland. If I do switch managers in the future I'll go straight to RPM. Thanks for the conversation Matt.

This is a horrible Property management, they are located in Oakland and don't service some homes in Oakland, even if you have a home in Oakland l. I contacted a Property management located in San Francisco and they service homes in Oakland, and they're further away than Real Property Management Pacific here in Oakland, I have a beautiful home in a nice location in Oakland and they won't service my property, something does not seem right! Hopefully they go out of business for discrimination. I would have given them zero stars, but in order to leave a rating you have to give at least one star. I don't recommend Real Property Management Pacific to anyone, stay away and bring your business elsewhere where segregation and discrimination doesn't exist.
