Ed is by far one of the best property managers I have ever met he cares strongly for the living conditions of the properties he manages he strives to give his tenants a quality place to live and comfort. As a Handyman he is definitely out for quality and always wants the best.

Out of the dozens of apt viewings I’ve had over the years, Ed proved there are still people out there who care about every little detail of one’s living experience down to the doorknobs. Anyone who has the pleasure of meeting Ed will immediately realize that they want him involved in their apartment renting experience. He’s personable, takes time with prospective tenants and really tries to get to know you instead of rushing you out the door, telling you he has to get to some other showing. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much Ed! I’m hoping to see you again in my future…

I had a great experience working with Ed Gomez from Real Property Management Simplified. I was approved for a few rentals during my upcoming move, but thanks to the unit itself and Ed’s personable personality during the tour, it was a no-brainer. I had to secure this rental! He made the process seamless, was always communicative and informative, and truly helped take the stress out of moving!
