Bonnie is very thorough, kind, and patient. She is skilled at what she does, she knows her stuff, gives high quality references to other necessities involving the purchase of a home, and is funny and relatable. Bonnie is absolutely the best. As a first time buyer, I was surprised with how easily Bonnie was able to simplify the process for me. She is quick on her feet, very experienced, and will always keep your needs in mind. Bonnie was quick to answer my endless questions and to provide me with contact information whenever needed. She's also a true gem as she makes a usually stressful process very simple and fun with her positive energy. Bonnie might be the only reason I survived my house buying process. Buying in this market is already intense. Things are moving crazy fast and often require immediate action, and despite the fact that it took quite some time for my wife and I to finally find the right property, Bonnie was always ready at a moment's notice to set up same-day appointments and make sure we had as much of an edge as possible. I'm convinced she's the only reason we succeeded. Bonnie is also super helpful w/ respect to everything that happens after the offer. She has a great network of people to recommend (inspectors, engineers, etc) all of whom we liked, and she's on top of everything that needs to get done in terms of paperwork, deadlines, making sure the right questions are being asked. This was my first time buying a house, so there was plenty of room for me to totally screw it up--I'm convinced it's only thanks to Bonnie, we pulled it off.

She won't inflate the value of your house but will give you the real market value based on statistics of today's market. Your house will sell quicker and at a higher price since it will not be burned for having been listed too high. Bonnie also works for her client, not for her own pocket - this is rare in the world of today. Lastly, Bonnie collaborates with all brokers to sell your house in the best way. I would hire her again.
