Working with Faizan made my first home purchase feel manageable from day one. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and he was consistently available and clear with timely responses, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. What really stood out was how hands-on and present he was. Because we were working with tight timelines, he went out of his way to line up multiple viewings per day every weekend, so we could move quickly without missing opportunities. That level of organization and responsiveness made a big difference. Faizan also truly listened to what I needed. He kept my must-have requirements front and center the entire time and would even remind me of them when we were evaluating properties, which helped me stay focused and make better decisions.
