Listing agent Elizabeth Jabaz failed to disclose important information regarding listing on MLS. It turns out the listing was subject to seller's purchase of their new home. This was not told to us until we received a counter offer. Even then she did not tell us what process the new home is in. We had to inquired about the seller's status of the new home, but received no reply. How can listing agent expect a buyer to sign the counter offer blind? This is very unprofessional. On the other hand, seller is wonderful, just wished they picked better agent to represent them.

Joe Youssef is a thief. No nice way to put it. Joe authorized work and then did not pay for the completed work. He also lied about it saying he did not authorize the work when in fact he told me and my guy to complete the job. If you want to trust someone you need to run from this place.
