EWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM. Haven’t heard nothing but lies every time. Never can talk to anybody. I gave them my case in January 2025 and no updates or nothing. It’s December 2025. This is ridiculous and very sad!!

It be your own people, they told me I had a case, had me do the leg work only to call and tell me that the involve party did not have insurance at the time of the accident and they have to drop the case now I'm stuck with bills, they should take his licenses I wouldn't let them represent my dog.

BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM. I have had 3 lawyers in less than 9 months. ATTY Reaves wife is RUDE and gives out wrong information and advice. She blocks you from speaking with ATTY REAVES and will not allow clients in the office once she receives their portion of a settlement. She treats employees and clients like peasants. Unless you want to deal with a wife without a law license, then I suggest that you find another firm because customer service and respect is a joke. By the way, there are a few lawsuits against this attorney in CHANCERY COURT. Additionally, I had to do my own bargaining with my medical bills because the staff does NOT retrieve the records for themselves, but gets the records from the DEFENSE LAWYER to handle your case. I would give them a 0 if this review allowed me to! There are way better lawyers out there. Oh, they only communicate when the money offers start to roll in!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I had a case with them that started a few weeks after my wreck it was with a Memphis police officer! It’s happened on July 25,2022 the case was amazing took almost 5 years but this team helped me grow into a strong version of myself I didn’t even know till they showed me I could do it! I highly recommend this law firm especially Mr pope ! He was the best lawyer I had in this law firm and never left my side! It’s finally ended in June 2025 I highly recommend them!

I thought hiring the Reeves law firm was going to be a great idea. But soon realized that it was a big mistake. When I first hired them my original lawyer quit and went to her own firm got a new lawyer never was properly introduced to her. I had to call and see who she even was and really still don’t know a year later. It’s crazy because at the beginning before they even do anything they call trying to do surveys knowing you going to say good stuff at the beginning because they are actually calling you and keeping you updated. It’s been over a year and they haven’t called no more about a survey because they know people are going to give bad reviews. No lie at the beginning they was calling every 3 weeks with updates. But now they are slow responding to you and really never have an answer to your questions. This process has been so stressful and can not wait until it’s finally over. Update: after talking to management I’m finally getting some answers and clarity thank you for listening and hearing me
