Terribly arrogant and condescending attitude from staff, and even a guy who I think owns the place too, brief exchange as he was departing and I was arriving, and the coffee isn't that good either. But the customer service is primarily why I gave only one star!

This is our go to for whole bean coffee, and the one we consistently send to friends as gifts. We have tried most of the roasts sold here. I'm happy with the decaf option that I'm left with for showing up too late in the day once all the other goods are gone (no sarcasm just a warning if you don't like decaf). I try a new coffee every couple weeks, but always come back here. Good for people who like traditional dark roasts. Worth every penny!

Good place to grab an expensive cup of freshly roasted coffee and hang out in the comfortable lounge. Much more fun to wander around the outside of the building admiring the fantastic murals.

It was so dope! Easily one of the best coffee spots in the Bay. Such a unique and empowering aesthetic. The Vietnamese Cold brew is on point. If you're looking for friendly, helpful staff then this is an excellent choice and I highly recommend Red Bay. Also has a lot if IG worthy photo spots. Service is quick and accurate. It's also cool to see the coffee beans being ground up!

Came here on a lazy Sunday for some coffee. Met the owner and his co-owner Grayson, a super friendly and gently doggy that loves to greet everyone that comes in. I tried the charcoal latte that was just a bit too sweet for my taste, but very interesting nonetheless. The Vietnamese cold brew on the other hand is very interesting for all the right reasons. I would definitely come back in the future, but will probably just stick to the regular latte. 😀😅
