I went here after I purchased a gem of a heavy leather jacket and some pants I wanted to fit me just right. I was a little nervous bc there was no getting a refund or going back on the pricey leather jacket but it all went seamlessly. From when I arrived, I was warmly greeted and welcomed to the fitting room. I was helped with finding my correct lengths and I was out in what felt like record time. I love the outcome of all my pants and the jacket is amazing. I feel good about taking anything here for tailoring after that jacket!
Recently had two items tailored at Red Carpet Tailor. I work in the high end couture industry so details in tailoring are very important to me. Red Carpet delivered my alterations to perfection. I would recommend them highly. Unfortunately they do not provide service for working button holes as they do not have the machinery to accommodate. Otherwise it’s worth the visit. Service additionally is pleasant and prompt.
I used the location in Lakewood on La Vista. I took a pair of slacks to be altered - they were too long. What I got back was ridiculous (see pictures). The hem was like 3 inches - they folded it on itself and sewed the hem 3 inches up. It looks horrible. I paid $68 dollars in advance for this??? If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Wow! I wish I could give Red Carpet Tailor more than 5 stars. Their work and detail is incredible. I had a denim dress altered and they far exceeded my expectations. Impeccable and fast work- My dress was done in 3 days! Even if you’re not in the area, making the drive is well worth it. Staff is so friendly and kind.
I took in 5 pairs of pants to be tailored as they had become too big. Upon my first visit, it took only 20 minutes to try on all pairs of pants and determine the tailoring needed with the staff. My pants were ready within a week ( although they did offer to rush the tailoring if needed). They steamed my clothes and also gave me a complimentary perfume. Spectacular customer service, I will absolutely be returning again
