I have been here about 5 times for different occasions. The spa is fresh and modern luxe, it’s perfect to get a treatment, sauna, steam room and lounge at the spa pool and enjoy snacks poolside. Today, I had the well & being signature massage and I highly recommend Mika! She was by far one of the most skilled and knowledgeable masseuse I have met. She gave focus to my knots and problem areas and the scalp massage was excellent. In addition to that she was personable and super kind. 10/10 recommend and will be back soon!

Booked a Weekday Special massage; masseuse spent majority of the time massaging my legs. Never even touched my neck or shoulders, where most people carry a lot of tension. When I informed staff, they said that because the service was already “discounted” at $140 for the 50-min Special, they couldn’t offer any further discount. Suggested I withhold gratuity as a solution. If you’re looking for a “full body” LEGS-ONLY massage, this is the place for you. If not— go elsewhere. Aria spa is nice, so is Bellagio; and they include the neck and shoulders in their full-body massage.

Spa has the best service massage wise I haven’t been to anyone who hasn’t done a good job. Giving 3 stars this time because my husband and I only go for these 2 specific people and when we got there, the person had changed for my husband and we were not told. We were then promised a discount because of it and since we were residents of NV that comes with a discount so they didn’t want to give us both (the manager) so she went into this song and dance of we call everyone as if we were lying that we didn’t receive the call when we were just expecting them to keep their word about the discount. Haven’t been back since.

This spa no longer offers day passes to Red Rock guests. Every time I’ve called, they say they’re “at full capacity,” or bought out, but suddenly there’s availability if you book a facial or massage so you can access the amenities. Interestingly, my friend actually booked a massage and said the spa didn’t look full at all. Feels like a convenient excuse to get you to spend money on services just to use the spa. There is a Korean spa 15 min away with full access to amazing saunas, salt room, hot tub and salon that can accomodate large groups.

I scheduled a salon visit for an updo. The stylist was very nice, but the end result was disappointing and looking nothing like the picture I shared, though he assured me it would look like the picture when I asked. The picture I used and the picture of what I got tell the story. Instead of the low bun looking sleek and beautiful, it looks … hairy.

Had confirmed reservations for my 15 year wedding anniversary on 2/14/26. Made them two weeks in advance. When we arrived, we were told there wasn't anything in the system. Offered us a pass to the spa which we were not interested in. I was very upset as we planned our whole day around our spa day. I basically got a shrug of the shoulders and a non-empathetic sorry. To say the least this was a big thorn in our day. We booked our stay at the Red Rock Casino so we could have the benefit of not having to drive to a spa. SO DISAPPOINTED! Also, love all the canned responses from Tiffany, very reminiscent of the lack of customer service that I received. They don't care.
