I had high expectations for this spa due to its strong ratings and reputation, but the experience was disappointing. For a spa that claims to be resort-level and comparable to Las Vegas Strip spas, the facility is in serious need of updates. I left underwhelmed. The showers had visible mold and hair, and throughout the spa there are rusty amenities, scratched paint, and overall signs of poor maintenance. The space feels outdated and neglected. This is not modern luxury. I also specifically requested a female masseuse when booking, yet was initially assigned a male. While they did find a replacement, the delay cut into my service time and completely disrupted my ability to relax. I also had a facial, which felt very basic and underwhelming. This was essentially a quick cleanse and massage with no tools, enhancements, or thoughtful additions. At this price point, I expected far more intention and value. Save your money. I would rather pay more for a clean, updated, and truly high-quality spa experience. Until major improvements are made, I wouldn’t return.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a spa . My husband booked an appointment for me at 6:30pm. I finish at 7:50pm. The cleaning person told me “we are closing”. I said I still need to take a shower, I will be quick. I can’t go outside with the oily hair. After I shower I try to find the hair dryer, and the girl with glasses told me the hair dryer already cleaned, we are closing. I told her, I already trying to be fast, I can’t go outside with the wet hair in winter, until I got mad, she gave me the stupid hair dryer. And then, the front person ask me how was everything, I told her what happened. She still wants to argue with me about we are closing. I told her, if you want to end on time then you shouldn’t open 6:30 available. It’s not we insist on that time, if I know it’s so rush, I’d rather come another day. After all these happened it was 8:13pm, and the front person still ask me for 20% guarantee. For what ? For how fast they can kick me out ?

I realllly wanted to love my time here as I live in the area. I spent an entire spa day with 4 treatments. The treatments themselves were very underwhelming especially for the price. The noise level in the treatment area was extremely loud. I could hear everything going on outside during my massage, including footsteps. My masseuse’s nails were way too long and I had to tell them to cut them within min of the treatment starting. The staff made it right, which I did appreciate. The service was nice while there. I loved the outdoor pool area the most with the option to order food delivery. It was nice I never had to leave. I just wish the treatments came close to being worth the price. Locals discount added plus (reasonably priced with this promo).

Enjoyed the experience there. A friend and I went for the evening experience and it was a good event. I requested some follow ups on items I wanted to purchase (that weren't in stock). I followed up more than once and they didn't seem interested in continuing to have me as a customer. I went back a few weeks ago with my husband and still had1 a lovely visit. I didn't inquire about purchasing any products. The massage therapist was great and well versed in customer service. The evening coordinator/manager from the April evening event could use some training. I would visit again.

An amazing spa overall! I loved my couples spa, the dry sauna, wet sauna, jacuzzis, cold pool, and outdoor co-ed pool with cabanas 💖💖💖 fantastic spa amenities! However, towards the last 2 hours of my stay the snacks were put away, another attendee had to request more, they put it out, then I noticed it was put away again. Lastly, the only drinks offered are water and EXTREMELY sugary juices! I was a little shocked by how much sugar was in those tiny bottles 🥲
