I’m from out of state and only had this one interaction, but I was genuinely impressed by the personal, warm, and attentive customer service. This is exactly why it’s so important to shop local!

After doing a quick Google search, I reached out to this really nice, classy, high-end wine shop, based out of the Tampa, FL area, looking for a specific vintage of California wine, which happened to be quite rare and/or esoteric... A gentleman by the name of Joe got back to me within an hour (tops), to let me know he would check with his vendor(s), with hopes of securing me a bottle or two... and he got back to me the very next day, letting me know he was able to get me that very bottle or two... Wow! I've been looking for this wine for well over a month (maybe longer). Joe was able to find it for me in less than 24 hours! Outstanding customer service, polite & professional, great prices & awesome selection, and enthusiastically recommended to all. This is a 5-star business, and clearly, based on other online reviews, these guys are highly reputable and honorable. What a great experience! They've earned my future business, that's for damn sure!
