We had Soo (Jamous Fames) DJ our dinner, reception, and afterparty at our wedding. And he is truly amazing!! He took the time to truly understand our music tastes and, more importantly, the different vibes we wanted for each moment of our wedding. He crafted an incredible playlist that kept the energy high all night long. His ability to read the room and strike the perfect balance was remarkable. For our reception, we wanted music that appealed to a wide range of ages without falling back on the usual overplayed songs. He nailed it—everyone was on the dance floor having a great time, and not a single corny track in sight. Then for our afterparty, we asked for a playlist that felt like we’d been transported to a Vegas nightclub, and he delivered exactly that. Our guests have told us repeatedly that it was the best wedding party they’ve ever attended, and we owe so much of that to Soo. We can’t thank him and RedShoe enough for creating the perfect wedding dance party!

RedShoe and Manny (MS-1) were awesome! We recently hired them for our wedding in Ojai. Manny was a great emcee and DJ. He was super easy to talk to and made sure all our questions were answered leading up to our wedding day. One thing we would suggest is making sure everyone is on the same page about any 'must play' songs. That was the only small snag we ran into. Other than that, we would definitely suggest Red Shoe for any event!

We had our wedding this past November at Grass Room in DTLA, and used RedShoe, specifically Soo / DJ Jamous Fames as our DJ. What an amazing night that was and none of it would have been possible without the awesome sounds spun by Soo! The music/vibes during the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing transitioned seamlessly as a cohesive whole throughout the entire day. Not only were the folks at RedShoe and Soo approachable and professional but they were able to anticipate our audio questions/needs without skipping a beat. We felt Soo was able to pull our vision together with limited explanation and his preparation/adaptability helped pull our whole experience together. We were also impressed with the deep music knowledge that was able to cater to the variety of ages/musical interests of our guests. We'd highly recommend Soo / RedShoe for anybody looking to have a DJ at their event!

We had the pleasure of working with DJ Jamous Fames (Soo) at RedShoe, and he was the best MC/DJ we could ask for! We knew before browsing Wedding DJs, our main priority was the music and not emcee-ing, and that was very clearly what RedShoe prioritized as well. Prior to the wedding, Soo checked in with us multiple times to make sure he really understood what type of music we liked, what kind of vibe we were looking for, and exactly which moments throughout the day we wanted to highlight with music. We selected Soo after listening to his FIRE mixtapes, and because his taste in music aligned so well with ours! He truly understood the assignment. One of our priorities for our wedding was making sure our guests had fun, and I can confirm they had the absolute best time dancing the night away - the dance floor was full the entire night! We got so many compliments from our guests on the curation of music & flawless mixing throughout the night. The pace was perfect and our friends told us it was so hard for them to leave the dance floor, because every song was such a bop!! We didn’t intend to have an after party, but the energy from our last song left people wanting more so we had to continue the festivities 😂 That last song was a moment we will never forget.. truly the best end to the perfect day! Thanks DJ Jamous Fames for your attention to detail, patience with our many song requests, and taking the time to really understand our taste in music! It honestly went perfectly! ❤️

We worked with JCR from RedShoe LA for our wedding at Cielo Farms. The DJ can truly make or break an event - and I can say without a doubt that JCR truly took our reception to the next level. JCR does not just "put on a playlist" - he curates each selection, mixes between songs at the right BPM and key, and really listens to the vibe of the crowd. Before our event, he met with us for an hour and a half to go over the various tones, genres, and special requests for each segment of the event. He did everything perfectly, and our dance floor was packed the entire night - a testament to how fantastic he is. I really hope we get to work with JCR again!
