This is so much more than a hair experience!! Taylor & Tammy-owner are so kind & caring. It’s therapy for your soul. It’s difficult when you lose your hair and their kindness & caring really helps. I love the time I get to spend with Taylor. We have some pretty good laughs and she talks me through some tears about my hair loss. I always leave there feeling uplifted and beautiful with my hair system. Keep making a difference!!! You are so appreciated. Love ya

I had an amazing experience at Refined Hair. After struggling for years with progressive hair loss from ongoing medical issues, I was desperate for a solution. My husband discovered Refined Hair after doing an online search and reading some positive reviews. From the beginning it was obvious that compassion, professionalism and creative solutions for hair restoration are the cornerstones of Refined Hair’s approach. At my consultation appointment, , my husband and I received a warm reception from Jenny. Through out the process she was excellent at ensuring we were well informed and supported. During the consultation, Leandra gave a detailed overview and explanation of all my options and assisted me in choosing the system that was best suited for my hair restoration needs. At my appointment to fit and style my new hair system, both Jenny and Leandra exceeded expectations to assure that I was satisfied with my choice, educated on how to care for it and comfortable with how to apply it. Leandra is a creative genius as a stylist and colored and cut my new hair to not only suit my face and lifestyle, but also accommodated my physical limitations to ensure that I could style it. My hair loss had become one of my biggest insecurities and with Jenny’s guidance and Leandra’s artistry, I now have a hair style that truly compliments me!
