Caitlin was amazing! I had a Diamond Glow + dermaplane and my skin has never looked better. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The treatment was relaxing and the results were immediate — smooth, bright, and glowing skin. Highly recommend Caitlin!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Caitlin Catarozoli at Refresh Aesthetic Center! As a Certified Laser Technician, she was truly amazing and helped me achieve great results with laser hair reduction in just 6 sessions (initial package). After having a baby, I was feeling a bit self-conscious, but Caitlin made me feel completely comfortable and safe throughout each treatment. I even joked that she could be my next birthing coach – she's that good! Not only is Caitlin incredibly professional, but she's also so empathetic because she's personally gone through the same experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the body and uses the right, approved, clean tools. Refresh calls it Laser Hair Reduction (as no place can guarantee it won't return), but I'm thrilled with my results. I plan to go back to Caitlin once a year for touch-ups. Highly recommend her and Refresh!
