We worked with Bill Moomaw to purchase our first home. My parents had considered moving to Texas from out of state and came across Bill. I joined with them in touring some houses and saw how knowledgeable he was. There was never any pressure for them to buy a home and we had a lot of fun touring some unique properties. When my husband and I decided to look into purchasing a house, it was a no brainer to reach out to Bill. Bill is someone you can trust and places the value on his clients not the business. He was a delight to work with, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. His expertise for what to look for in potential issues in a house were informative. When we ran into complications with a sellers agent, he was on our side walking us through it every step of the way. Bill is one of the most honest down to earth people you'll meet. He cares more about his clients and integrity over sales or money. He's also been a helpful resource for questions we had in the future. It was a pleasure to work with him and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We relocated for work and were looking for a realtor who was honest, truly on our side, and who treated us like more than just another client. Jason came highly recommended by a coworker, and it was easy to see why. Jason was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He checked in with us weekly, helped coordinate the sale of our home so we could move forward with our purchase, and was present for every appointment, builder meeting, and walkthrough. He also went above and beyond by offering advice and recommendations to help our family feel comfortable and confident in a new area. Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, but Jason made the experience smooth and reassuring. Working with Shant has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. He truly works for you—fully dedicated, always advocating for your best interests, and making sure you feel supported every step of the way. This was one of the best home-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Shant was always available—whether by phone, email, or text—and consistently went above and beyond whenever I needed guidance. I especially appreciated how he presented multiple options and shared his own thoughtful recommendations. His perspective helped me make confident decisions as a buyer. Shant was instrumental during negotiations as well, guiding me on pricing strategies and helping ensure we secured the home at the right price point. My experience with Regal realtors has been so shocking. I caution anyone working with Ellie (agent) and Melanie Loar (manager to Ellie). I was the buyer in a recent transaction where Ellie was the seller’s agent. After closing & funds were released, the seller entered the home and removed appliances causing damages. I have been trying to get in contact Ellie for a month to work this out but she has not responded to any emails, messages or phone calls after the sale was completed. This left me no choice but to reach out to her boss, Melanie. I did this because I did not want the seller to be “left in the dark” and sued due to Ellie’s lack of responsiveness. After speaking with Melanie’s manager, the situation was even worse. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive. She tried to claim that we should have all “communicated” about removing appliances which is completely ABSURD. The contract is clear: once funds are released and closing occurs, the seller has no right to enter the home or remove anything. This is not a matter of “he said, she said.” This was a breech of contract. As buyers & sellers, we rely on professionals to guide us through this process. Ellie simply closed this deal and ghosted everyone. Melanie L. Lacks professionalism, knowledge, and accountability.
