We worked with Tia Williams starting over a year ago to design and build our new home. She was so helpful in every single possible way. From helping us select a neighborhood, floor plan, and every design decision we had such a great time working with her. Tia’s very extensive knowledge of, not only the building process, but her design expertise and suggestions really made our house feel like our very own. My spouse and I worked with Carrie Stewart to purchase our forever home! Carrie started the process with me two years ago when we were very indecisive and didn’t have a clue what we were doing. Carrie was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, friendly, professional and personable. From the beginning, Carrie treated us like close friends. She held our hand every step of the way and explained anything we didn’t understand. She handled all necessary scheduling, calls, and inspections for us. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with two of the awesome agents at Regency! Jocelyn Cuty showed us the homes of Oakland but when we found out that they were too far, we were able to work with Amanda Robinson to find a home in Mississippi! She was very honest when asked her opinion about certain sellers and certain homes, and was able to advocate for us to make sure all things were taken care of with our new construction home purchase. Highly recommended realtor for great service!
