Dr Hugh’s and his team are always so kind and respectful. They listen to their patients and explain everything including what to expect next. They also checked up on me after a minor cosmetic procedure, which I found very thoughtful. The clinic is beautiful and always clean. If I could place them with ten stars I most definitely would.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience with Dr. Kuzel was absolutely flawless from beginning to end. From the very first appointment, I felt genuinely cared for and heard. Dr. Kuzel is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive — he truly listens and takes the time to understand your concerns rather than rushing through the visit. His level of care goes above and beyond. The follow-ups were thoughtful and thorough, and I never once felt like I was just another patient. His generosity with his time, expertise, and reassurance made a world of difference and immediately put me at ease. I also want to specifically mention Kara, who was absolutely amazing. She was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. It’s rare to find a dermatologist and team who combine such high clinical skill with genuine compassion and professionalism. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and would recommend Dr. Kuzel and his team without hesitation.

Dr. Woo is an excellent dermatologist. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and cared for.
