I recently made the decision to upgrade my 20 year old mid efficiency furnace to a high efficiency furnace and replace my 16 year old gas hot water tank to electric hot water tank. I was referred to Reliable Heating & A/C by my brother so I made the call. Terry came out to take some measurements and on Friday, I received a call from Kelsy that everything was set and ready to proceed. An appointment was set up for Monday to complete the installation. The guys arrived Monday morning and by 1:00PM, the installation was completed. The guys were friendly & respectable and explained everything to me. I'm very satisfied with the service received by Reliable and will be a repeat customer. I wouldn't hesitate to refer to anyone. Great job!! I had a great experience working with this company to sort out an issue with a non-existent gas valve. From start to finish, they were informative, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to deal with. This company is great. Always responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. Had a recent issue with my furnace not operating properly; I called them around 6:30AM and left a message. My call was promptly returned and a tech was on site by 8:30AM. Did an excellent job diagnosing and rectifying the issue, and now we are enjoying proper heat in our home once again! 5 Stars across the board!

We had just moved into a townhouse with a broken AC, we were looking around for quotes and reliable heating were quick to provide a quote and walk us through the process. The AC unit was on a roof - not easily accessible, but they had a crane and professionals who got the job done! After signing up, the work was scheduled quickly and done professionally, they finished the job within 4 hours!
