This is something I had wanted to do for years, and I finally took the plunge—New Year, new me, NO regrets. Like anything involving a little discomfort, I was hesitant at first. But the moment I arrived, that hesitation disappeared. Cheyenne was incredibly informative, educated, and thorough—she answered questions I didn’t even realize I had. I didn’t just feel like I was in good hands—I knew I was. From the moment I walked through the door, to my first procedure, to walking out afterward, the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. Melisa, my nurse, was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She guided me every step of the way and made the entire process feel seamless and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I am extremely disappointed with this laser removal clinic in San José & San Leandro. They have canceled my appointments more than three times, often last minute. What’s even worse is that they then ask, “When would you like to reschedule?” but in reality, appointments are only available when it works for them, not the client. If you already have a scheduled appointment and the nurse is unavailable for any reason, they make you wait over a month, or they tell you to arrive earlier so it doesn’t affect their schedule… even though they were the ones who assigned the appointment time!!!! I have always been on time, yet my time clearly does not matter to them. This is not professional at all. You sign a contract expecting reliable service, and instead you are treated as if your time has no value. I truly regret signing a contract with this clinic. On top of that, they do not answer phone calls. The only time they contact you is to cancel appointments or tell you they can’t accommodate you until 1-3 months. There is no follow-up, no accountability, and no respect for the client. I do not recommend this place. Very poor service and customer care.
I had an excellent experience at Removery for my tattoo removal. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process in detail, set clear expectations, and made sure all of my questions were answered before starting. The team made the experience far more comfortable than I expected. I’ll definitely be referring Removery to all my friends who made a few creative decisions at a younger age and are now looking for a fresh start. I get anxious before treatments, but they always take the time to help me feel comfortable and relaxed. Their professionalism and genuine care make every visit a positive experience.
