Came here years ago and it was lovely. Went for my birthday a few months ago and the hot tub had mold all around, steam room was nice, the relaxation room was not relaxing lots of people talking loudly and can overhear staff. Its far from relaxing or luxurious. The beds feel dirty as so many people sit in them. I had a body scrub and the lady asked me to wash in changing rooms despite their being a shower in the treatment room. She said this was for the next lady. Its ok but not so amazing that I would go back.

Booked a last minute massage after a busy few weeks of work and left feeling absolutely amazing! I booked the serenity signature therapy and was looked after by Mia G who was incredible and I can’t thank her enough. The whole spa was beautiful and all the staff were lovely, I will definitely be coming back

For context, I visit a spa at least once a month so have a good idea of standards/expectations. I visited on a Friday afternoon, having booked the afternoon tea spa experience through Spa Breaks - excellent value at around £90. Yes, the facilities are slightly limited, but if you've the food and treatments to enjoy, it's absolutely fine as a place to spend a few hours. The afternoon tea itself is served with a glass of champagne, unlimited tea from a selection and food/service fab. My express facial treatment, which I also added a massage to, was fabulous and incredibly relaxing - thank you to Baneen who is an excellent therapist. Staff were attentive, facilities clean and well maintained, and I found the relaxation room a great place to chill with a book...especially after a late night beforehand!
